NoteBeel (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the NoteBeel mobile application.

By using NoteBeel, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

When you create an account in NoteBeel, we may collect:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Password (stored securely)

This information is used only for authentication and account management.

1.2 User Content

We collect and store:

  • Notes created by you (stored securely in cloud database)

  • Note titles, text content, and lock status

Drawings created in the app are stored locally on your device only and are deleted when you log out.

1.3 Coins & Transactions

We collect and store:

  • Coin balance

  • Coin purchase history

  • Coin spending history (e.g., theme unlocks, note limits, lock actions)

  • Transaction timestamps and identifiers

This data is used only to manage in-app purchases and premium features.

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

  • App version

  • Device type

  • Android OS version

This information is used only for app stability and performance improvements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Save and sync your notes securely

  • Manage coin purchases and usage

  • Unlock premium features (themes, note limits, locks)

  • Improve app performance and user experience

  • Ensure security and prevent misuse

3. Data Storage & Security

  • User data is stored securely using Firebase services.

  • Each user can only access their own data.

  • Password-protected notes remain encrypted and inaccessible without the correct password.

  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data may only be shared:

  • When required by law

  • To comply with legal obligations

  • To protect user safety or prevent fraud

5. In-App Purchases

  • All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing.

  • We do not collect or store your payment card details.

  • Purchase history is stored only to manage coins and transactions.

6. User Control & Deletion

You can:

  • Edit or delete notes anytime

  • Log out to remove locally stored drawings

  • Request account deletion (if supported in future versions)

If you uninstall the app, locally stored data is removed automatically.

7. Children’s Privacy

NoteBeel is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected inside the app or on the Play Store listing.
